This Delivery Information page explains how orders from Metabolics Hub are processed, dispatched, and delivered within the UK. Our goal is to provide clear timelines, transparent pricing, and reliable delivery standards so you know exactly what to expect.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Orders with confirmed payment before 2:30pm are dispatched the same business day
- Orders confirmed after 3:00Pm are dispatched the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Delivery Charges
We apply flat-rate delivery pricing per order:
- Special Delivery (Next working day): £10.00
Customers can select their preferred delivery option during checkout.
Order Tracking
All orders are dispatched the same or following working day after payment has been received via Special Next Day Delivery service. Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive the following working day before 1pm.
We do not provide tracking numbers directly to customers; however, all parcels are fully tracked and monitored by us throughout the delivery process.
